Houstr Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Houstr Guarantee terms and conditions. This guarantee offers our commitment to ensure that our platform delivers on its promise of profitability. We believe that when used effectively, our platform not only pays for itself but provides multiple returns on your investment.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Houstr Guarantee:

2.1. Your property or properties must maintain an occupancy rate of 60% or higher.

2.2. The average length of stay for guests at your property should be 4 nights.

2.3. You must offer at least 3 of the most popular self-managed items from the following list: Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Pre-Stocked Fridge, Mid-Stay Cleaning, Phone Chargers, Bicycle Rentals.

2.4. Your guest store must be shared or presented to your guests at least twice during their visit.

3. Claiming the Guarantee

3.1. If you believe you have met the above criteria but have not seen a return on your investment sufficient to cover the cost of our platform, you are eligible to request a refund.

3.2. Claims must be made within 12 months of your subscription start date.

3.3. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please provide detailed records and evidence of your property’s occupancy rate, average length of stay, items offered, and instances of sharing your guest store.

3.4. Houstr reserves the right to verify the information provided. False claims or misrepresentation will lead to disqualification from the guarantee and potential termination of your account.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once your claim is approved, a full refund of your subscription fee will be processed within 30 days.

4.2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4.3. No refunds will be issued if the platform was used in violation of our terms of service or if the eligibility criteria were not met.

5. Exclusions

5.1. The Houstr Guarantee does not cover any indirect losses, such as loss of opportunity or potential revenue.

5.2. Houstr is not responsible for external factors affecting your occupancy rate or average length of stay, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or market downturns.

6. Amendments

6.1. Houstr reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the guarantee at any time. We will notify subscribers of any significant changes.
